This Lightly-Dev Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy")explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use the Sites and Products that link to this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy only applies to your use of our Products or access to our Sites in the People's Republic of China; if you use them outside the People's Republic of China, you need to read and agree to our Global Privacy Policy.

1.2 Information collected automatically.

As further described in the "Our Use of Cookies and Other Technologies" section below, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain types of device and usage information when you use our Sites or Products. Information we collect includes, for example:

a) Geolocation data: Depending on your device settings, we may collect geolocation data when you visit our Sites and use our Products. For example, we may derive your general location using your IP address.

For example, we infer your city, state, and country location based on your IP address.

1.4 Information collected through social media and other platforms.

We receive information about you when you engage with us through various third-party platforms. The data we exchange with these third-party platforms may depend upon your privacy settings with these platforms. You should review and consider adjusting your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before engaging. Do not provide us with any sensitive personal data through these platforms. 2.1 Our Sites and related online services use cookies and similar technologies to enable certain functionality and help collect information about your visit. When you return to the Site using the same browser, the Site can read the cookie and thereby gather information about your usage over time. Among other things, we use cookies and other technology to see which areas and features are popular and to count visits, which helps us to improve our Site, our Products, and your experience.

6.1 Your information collected through the Sites and our Products may be stored in Lightly-Dev or its third-party partners' servers located in Chinese mainland. Generally, we will retain your information only for as long as is necessary to provide you with the Service and no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the use to which it relates.
6.2 Notwithstanding this, we may need to retain your information, or parts of it, for longer periods of time only for purposes related to the following:

a) Complying with the applicable laws and regulations and other relevant provisions;
b) Complying with the provisions of court judgments, rulings or other legal procedures;
c) Complying with the requirements of the relevant governmental or other competent authorities;
d) Reasonably believing that compliance with laws, regulations and other relevant provisions is necessary; and
e) For purposes reasonably necessary to enforce the relevant service agreement or this Privacy Policy, to protect the public interest, to handle complaints/disputes, and to protect the personal and property safety or legitimate rights and interests of our customers, our or our affiliates', other users or employees.

6.3 We make every effort to safeguard the security of information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure.

a) We use various security technologies to secure information. For example, we will prevent information leakage, destruction and loss through security measures such as multiple backups of servers and password encryption.
b) We establish strict management systems and processes to ensure the security of information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of people who access information and conduct audits to require them to comply with confidentiality obligations.
c) We attach great importance to information security compliance and use industry-leading solutions to fully protect your information security. However, please understand that, due to technical limitations and the potential for malicious means, it is not always possible to guarantee 100% security of information in an Internet environment, even with all efforts to enhance security measures.
